We look at the one-year training period as a preceptorship between us both. This is a structured period of transition that guides and supports new hires as they move from student to independent professional.

To say my time at Bentley Skincare & Wellness was invaluable and a one-of-a-kind experience would be an understatement! I had the pleasure and honor of collaborating with a very close internal team of varying positions; doctors, owner, estheticians, etc. to achieve and carry on unprecedented marketing ventures- as their first official marketing intern!
I hardly knew anything about the medical and wellness service industry going into this position, but the clinic was a great, receptive space to educate myself as an efficient industry marketer wearing quite a few hats. My time there was encouraged to be an ongoing opportunity to strategically try out new marketing channels, specials, and outlets to promote our brand as authentically as I could.
As the nature of marketing is ever-changing and never-ending, I can’t wait to see how the future of marketing unfolds at Bentley Skincare & Wellness, with the full knowledge of what it feels like to be on the amazing team behind it.

She went beyond her job description, by utilizing her experience as a phlebotomist at a major hospital where phlebotomy processing is handled by different individuals.
